Mainly because we are tuners, not dealers. Dealers are everywhere, buying tuning files and tuning boxes from overseas and selling it to you. They represent a tradesmanship in NZ, while we represent workmanship. To have real tuners onboard working on your vehicle only benefits you the customer, not the tuning companies. This is why it is important to choose a tuner who can customise the vehicle ECU firmware for you based on your requirements. There are only 3 tuners in New Zealand. One in CHCH, one in Wellington and one in Auckland. The other participants in this market only ship an off-the-shelf tuning file or ecu chip solution that is produces for the mass market, not for you.
