At Xtremetuning Limited, we strive to provide high-quality file modification services through our web application. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding payments, cancellations, and credits.
- Payments & Services
- All payments are collected upon submission of a job request.
- Once a job is processed, the modified files will be made available for download.
- Cancellations & Credits
- If Xtreetuning is unable to complete a requested job, the payment will not be refunded.
- Instead, the full amount paid will be converted into credits, which will be accessible in the Credit Ledger within the user’s account.
- Credits can be used toward future job requests on our platform.
- No Cash Refunds
- Xtremetuning does not issue refunds in cash, bank transfers, or any other form of monetary reimbursement.
- All transactions are final, and the credit system is the sole method of compensation for cancelled jobs.
- User Responsibility
- * It is the user’s responsibility to review their Credit Ledger and apply credits towards future job requests.
- * By proceeding with payments on our platform, users accept these terms regarding refunds and credits.
